Monticello Apartments

All payments to Monticello Apartments must be made with a check, money order or cashier's check. Checks must be made payable to Monticello Investors. WE DO NOT TAKE CASH OR CREDIT CARDS. 

 

All prospective tenants must complete an applicaton for consideration to live at Monticello Apartments. The application can be found here.

 

Rent

• Rent is recieved at the office located at 745 N 400 E Office Provo, UT. 

• Drop rent or other fees in the drop box loacted at the west end of the building.

• Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

• A grace period extends until the 5th of every month.

• Rent is late on the morning of the 6th of every month.

• On the morning of the 6th of every month, a $10 late fee charge is added to your account in addition to $1 per day after the 6th until either rent and the late fee are paid in full or the late fee reaches $25. 

 

Deposits

• A deposit that is equal to one month's rent is due at the time of signing a contract. Deposits are non-transferable by law. 

 

Last Month's Rent

• The last month's rent is due at the time of signing or, with unusual extenuating circumstances, within thirty days of the initial signing of the contract. Once this is paid, no other rent will be collected for the last month of the contract.
