Monticello Apartment Cleaning Checks

 

All apartments are checked for cleanliness by the Monticello Staff on a monthly basis, typically on the third week of the month unless otherwise specified in posted notices or specified here. 

 

The standard of cleanliness is termed as "show ready." This means that the cleaning job needs to be completed in a way that would make it presentable as a model unit. This is a strict standard. It will be strictly enforced. 

 

Rechecks:

Rechecks are usually on the Monday after cleaning checks. If one fails an original cleaning check, they are automatically charged $15. If the job is not completed at the scheduled recheck time, the tenant is charged $25 per hour while Monticello Staff does your cleaning assignment. Prices are subject to change if need be.

 

There are no rechecks for check outs. It is a total pass/fail check with the penalty of automatic $25 per hour charge to have Monticello Staff clean the apartment to assure that new tenants take possesion of a clean unit.
