BYU Contract
This is the lease that all tenants everywhere who live in BYU Approved Housing needs to sign. It details the conditions required by BYU to live in BYU Approved Housing. This is including but not limited to the definition of a student, the BYU Honor Code and Sex Offender Policy.

Monticello Addendum
This details the various house rules that all tenants are required to follow. This document is as binding and forceful as the BYU Contract.
Lead Based Paint Disclosure Form
Since Monticello Apartments was built before 1975, we are required to legally disclose whether or not lead based paint has been used in our apartments. It has not. This form is used to alert all tenants that Monticello Apartments meets all requirements for current lead based paint regulations.
